12 Acres to Become Luxurious Waterfront Destination
Coming soon is Downtown San Diego’s most expensive ever development project: the $1.3 Billion dollar Manchester Pacific Gateway. Spanning 8-city blocks between Pacific Highway and Harbor Drive, the project will include Class A office space, 5-star resorts, luxury retail shopping, fine dining, open parks and cultural space, entertainment and public parking. The development replaces the 1920s Navy Broadway Complex but includes a new Navy regional headquarters. Demolition begins in March and construction is TBD pending a ruling on project adherence to the National Environment Policy Act.
